PRODUCT FIRST LOOK:
The packaging is simple with all the required product details on it. It is a plastic squeezable tube with an extended nozzle. The colors are very cool and simple. The tube has a golden cap which screw lock on the head. Net wt. 50 g. It will survive for 12 months:) (I will surely use-it-up before that).

CC Cream??? What CC cream, it was BB cream, Oh its new trend, What it is? This was my first reaction when I got Elisha Coy CC cream. I read the packaging in detail and got the right idea of what this latest trend is about and after first application I was a "crazy trend-follower" by heart. This is a step ahead from BB creams, skin care + Makeup, I found this "CC cream, also known as Color Control cream, is an improved and refined blemish balm cream or Beauty Balm created and developed in Korea", read details here. This is like a protection screen for the skin providing seamless coverage, Sun Protection, even tone, glow, whitening effect and hydration, a total multi solution. The CC cream is all white with "Color encapsulated spheres brings about natural skin tone color" as there are little bubbles like particles which can be seen but not felt. When I applied it for the first time on my moisturized skin I noticed an instant lift in my complexion, which is already fair. EVEN-TONE as like mostly Asian people I have a darker patch on the smile curve area, around lips. My face looked matte. This one does not promise to cover and conceal, for that you can apply BB cream over this or mix with your favourite foundation. So I was not expecting it to cover or conceal those few zits. It fulfils all it promises, whitening, tone-correction. With SPF 30 it is a good option for girls going out in Sun, to stay safe. One thing more, I noticed when I was about to wash my face, "it repel water!" that means it will be best to make oil and sweat stand at bay in Summers. I am a little confused about its hydration part though, as if applied on a moisturizer/cold cream it makes skin shiny as if extra hydrated, and when I applied it without any moisturizer then it sort of highlighted the dry patches around my mouth and cheeks. I guess it will be good for Summers without any moisturizer and in Winters it will work good along with a good moisturizer. It works well under my matte foundation. I am a happy user now:)

ReplyDeleteWell, what i experienced is that either is BB or CC creams, the difference is clear, here in Pakistan we have all kinds of weather here so we switched our makeup routine according to weather, in winter liquid foundation, in summer pressed powder etc. Though in EU they cant enjoy all weather and only face winter so due to this reason they mostly give preference to lip balms, skin shiner, skin creams with SPF etc etc. they have winters and have dry skins so they usually work on liquid product which serves many purposes :)
