With the long Summers like ours, LAWN can not be ignored at-all. Now Lawn is not only a fashion statement its an industry which is thriving day by day. I spotted RUBAIYAT, the SS17' collection by Barae Khanom and couldn't help myself getting mesmerized by the Persian motifs infused in our beloved #Lawn.

Ever heard of Takht-e-Tavoos (peacock throne)? Well, here it is depicted beautifully in a Lawn jorra. This design gives such a regal look with its muted turquoise colour with pasley designs, but the most exuberant piece has to be the net embroidered dupatta with pearls. Simply Elegant!

I love how they named each design, inspired by Persian, Daughter of Desert! This piece is a beauty in itself. With a full embroidered front in white and printed back of the shirt, pure chiffon dupatta and the printed trousers, this piece has a unique Summer-Story to tell. Elegance with colours!
